Parents Excited About Kids |
|
|
HISTORY |
| PEAK was formed in January 2005 by three women who met through The Family Center in Peterborough, NH.
They assessed the community need for opportunities to connect families spread throughout the Monadnock area. At the first Meet, Greet, and Play more than two dozen
interested parents came. Each month members host many different and fun activities.
We welcome and encourage all parents who are interested to join us in gettting together for fun as well as hosting events and helping us in our common goal!

MISSION STATEMENT |
|
PEAK (Parents Excited About Kids) is a member-run organization whose purpose is to connect families with similar interests in the Monadnock region
of New Hampshire and to create a community of friendship and support. These ideals are encouraged through the organization of various kid-specific
and/or parent-specific activities and events. Playgroups, family outings, and our “Meet and Greet” get-togethers, are all great ways
of connecting with other families in the area with similar interests. The goal is to create an environment where parents can socialize,
share experiences and utilize local resources, and where kids can learn, discover and have fun!
